Hello all! I created a multi-lingual survey following all the instructions of the tutorial but no matter which language I choose I always get the same one. I did use the different sites to the diferent redirecting options. Any ideas?

Hi Hizell,

Do you have multiple surveys created that should redirect the person based on the language they choose? I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. Could you give me the name of the survey you're talking about, and I can take a look into it?

Talk to you soon!

Thanks!

I already got the answer from one of your colleagues by e-mail..

In case somebody else have a problem with this:

My problem was that I was using the exact formula stated in the tutorial ('[%%1:%%]' != 'Spanish')but this had to be modified with the right question ID. In my case “2″ instead of “1″

Here is a copy of the answer I got:

[...] The only problem is that you used the question number “1″ instead of the question ID, which is “2″.  You can find the question ID by hovering over the little notebook to the left of the question and looking at the URL that appears at the bottom left hand corner of the screen (or just click on the notebook).  In the URL address, you will see “qid=” and the number right after is what you need for the merge codes!

So just change your “1″s to “2″s and you should be fine!
