The progress bar won't work well if you have conditionally hidden pages, will it?  Has anyone found a way to use it with hidden pages with success?

Hey!

The progress bar doesn't work well with hidden pages because until you get to that page and it runs the condition, there is no way for the survey to know whether that page should be included in the progress or not. The progress bar works over the entire survey, but there's no way for it to understand choice before it happens.
