Hi - I am a new SG user, and have found everything really intuitive, except for the Custom Matrix. I’ve tried all my browsers on a Mac and a PC, but can’t add a custom matrix question.

I’m sure it’s probably user error, but I appreciate any help / instructions on how to do it properly. I select “Custom Matrix” on the left of the Add Question window. A box appears under Options, asking for Row Headings. I also see a checkbox to make the question required. Once I enter row headings, I click the “Add Question” button. Each time, I get the error message “Please enter at least one option.”

Any guidance is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

I think this is a bug that has been fixed. Let me know if you’re still having problems and I’ll take another look. Sorry about that!
