Hello,

I'm having an issue with the designation of the filters for the reports. Even if I set a filter to only include one question all questions will still be included in the report. Is there a way to not include a question without clicking on it? I know that you can simply uncheck the question but with ~150 questions in our survey it is quite daunting to uncheck every question.

Also, some of the data that is found in our survey doesn't seem to be populating the reports. For instance, question number 88 in our survey asks for the specific number of job listings and the most populous group besides other is Office Manager (10) but I know that one participant responded with somewhere around 20 cooks, so why would they not be showing up?

Thanks!

Hi Rachael,

The filters are meant to limit the report to survey takers who answered certain questions certain ways, not to only include that question. If you look directly above the list of questions, there is a checkbox that will select/de-select all questions (even ~150). Warning: this feature is incompatible with some versions of IE, but works fine in Firefox and Safari. Once deselected, you can choose which question you want to run the report on instead of unchecking all 149.

I responded to your email ticket regarding the second question.  I found your survey, but I need to know what page the question is on, as there are quite a few and the question numbering was removed :)
