It seems as if when I am running a report, the numbering for the answers get to #2, then the next 5 answers are also at #2, then it numbers the rest normally on from there.

Is there anything I am missing, I’ve scoured the settings, created new reports, and this numbering error seems to still be there.

Hi Russ,
The numbering on the Reports is not reliable. It gets thrown off by hidden questions, open text questions and table questions, because these questions are counted differently in reporting.

This is a problem we’re going to fix in the next round of updates to reporting.
