I have read thethread about single send, bu it is not clear to me, how I can resend an email invitation to a single person to the same email address. When I add the contact with the same email in the same invitation list, it just does not get added, presumably a unique key on email address. Pleas explain what to do in a situation when an single invitee just wants the original email invitation emailed again. I just can’t figure it out and it is a common question I think.

Hi,

You must create a brand new Email Invite for that survey.

The easiest thing to do is copy your previous Invite and make that a brand new Invite, add the person’s contact information and send it.

That is not very easy I think, Is there not another way to do this? Isn’t ther a reminder function that can e sused for it?

Hi theo,
We do have a reminder feature it’s available at the Pro level and higher.

However, the reminder feature does not allow you to send an email to a single contact, it can either send it to those who have not completed, those who have completed, or everyone.

Sending out a reminder to a single person is not a common occurrence so we did not program around it. The work around Cheri gave you should help.

To copy an Invite just go to the Email Invites tab and click on the double paper icon to the right of the invite. Then just add your single contact and send.
