I have an “add as needed” question in my monthly surveys. The data exports fine, but when I look at an individual user’s survey (by clicking on the direct link to their responses), none of the add as needed data is there. This is problematic because when a user goes back to edit a completed survey, none of the add as needed data they entered shows up.

A second and related problem is that when viewing and editing a completed survey, some additional data does not show up if it was based on logic. For example, if question #2 was hidden unless the person answered “yes” to question #1, question #2 remains hidden when viewing the survey EVEN IF question #1 was answered yes. To show question #2, one has to click ‘yes’ to question #1 again. This is confusing and results in people not realizing whether they have entered some data.

Any idea when these bugs will be fixed? This has happened in all of my recent surveys.

Thanks for the response. The add as needed questions have been available for a couple of months now. However, this bug does not allow any user to go back and correct/re-submit their survey because the data they entered does not show up for add as needed questions. This is a big problem because people do not want to re-enter large amounts of data just to correct a small typo on one question, which is what is happening now. Can you give me a timeframe for when this bug will be fixed?
