Hi,

I’ve created a survey to include in a Wordpress blog and the width of the survey is around 600px. Unfortunately my Wordpress content area is only 500px. If I shrink things manually the survey ceases working (by this I mean making the table smaller). I could create an iframe to fit but that involves horizontal scrolling plus I’m not a fan of iframes anyway.

Is there a workaround?

Adi

Hi Adi,

You should be able to shrink the survey by modifying the CSS theme.

Click on ‘Look and Feel’ in SurveyGizmo then replace the 600px value with something smaller.

If that doesn’t work exactly you should look for excessive padding in the CSS and remove that too.

Which survey template are you using btw? Some of them work better in smaller spaces than others.

Cheers,

-Christian

I guess this sort of thing is solved with the WordPress plugin but I can’t get it to accept the API key I have for some reason. I don’t know if the domain name needs to match the domain in my email for it to work because they don’t at the moment.

In the meantime it seems to have worked reasonably well using your method so that will do for now.

Thanks.

Hi Adi,
Our WordPress plugin was a bit outdated so we updated it.

You can go here to download the latest version.

Hope this helps,
Chad
