I’m sending a survey to members to get their feedback on several new features/services we are developing. I have each feature concept on a separate page, and pages are all randomized.

I have two very similar features - one is just the service, the other is the service plus cashback - and I don’t want respondents to see both of these options.

How can I set this up so that if the page with feature A is shown, the page with feature B isn’t show (or vice-versa)? I see “show-when” logic in the page options, but what I need is more like “hide-when” logic. Am I going to have to split this into two separate surveys - one with each feature?

Hi Rush,
You can either do this with a custom script by using the sgapiRemoveOption() function or you could hire our Professional Services department to create it for you.

Another option you could use is to create two different questions one with one option and another with the other and use show-when logic to hide one question while showing another.

Hope this helps,
Chad
