What is the best way to implement testing of 2 different versions of the same survey. (I think my abandonment rates are too high.)

We actually have a survey split testing feature, though we call it Survey Branching and it’s a feature of our Professional and above accounts. It will automatically deliver versions of your survey according to whatever number you want, ie 10% version A, 60% version B, 30% version C……or in your case half of users would see the first version of your survey, while half would see the second!

Other than that, if you’re emailing out links you could create 2 versions of the survey, sending half the people the link to the version version and the other half the 2nd. You could then use the combined survey report type to compare the data in the two.
