Hi Shang,

Do you mean how to do this once your data is already in SPSS?

You just need to click on the column in data view, right click and choose “Sort Descending”

If you are looking to order them before the export I suggest you assign numerical values to each multiple choice option. SurveyGizmo will honor those values when assigning labels in SPSS.
