Hey, I couldn’t see any posts already regarding this - apologies if there are.
When a survey is completed Survey Gizmo collects the location of the survey respondent, their IP address, and what browser they are using, in the Survey Response Information box. As this creates a privacy issue for the study I am using the survey for, is there any way I can set my survey up to NOT collect this data, or to hide it so that it doesn’t appear on my responses?
Cheers.

Hi.
Yes, you can do this with SurveyGizmo.
Login to your survey.
Go to Edit Survey > Advanced Options.
There is a box on that page labeled “Access Control and Quotas.”
In that section, there is a box you can check that’s labeled “Anonymous responses (do not track respondent IP addresses).”
You’re all set up!

Sweet, thanks for that. I’m only on a free account at the moment, it seems I need a paid version to access that particular option you described - any idea which one that is?
Thanks for the quick response!

Hi ravenslayer,
You will need to upgrade to the Pro Account to access that feature.
Good luck!

Hi,
I know this is a really basic question, but how do I collect the responses of my feed?
is there a way to have them emailed to me?

If you have not collected any responses. Set up your email autoresponder. Go to edit survey. Add actions. Click “send email” (This requires you to have at least two pages in your survey). Once you have created this action. Go in to the action. Click on the “Merge Helper” In the drop down select which questions and responses you wish to include in the email. Or leave it blank if you simply would just like a notification.
The other easiest way is to just generate a report. Go to the “Reports” tab, on the right hand side click on the type of report that you would like to run and take it from there.
Hope this was helpful.
