I have created a survey using the free account. When someone clicks on the link IE takes a fair amount of time and finally I get the done message coming up. The survey is not displayed, only a blank page.

When I look at the surveys they are all classed as abandoned.

Anyone have any suggestions.

Can you email us a link to your survey? (support [at] sgizmo {dot} com) We are not aware of any network problems that might cause this. But I’m happy to take a look.

The only other case I know of that caused something similar to this a while back was a survey that had a URL redirect on the first page that pointed back to itself… but that was long ago.
