I use this question type and tere is one question about it:
How can I do that
in the last row I made an Other label, and I want a text box near that, which can be filled up by the person who answer it if he/she marked the other options !
Thanks for your help!

We actually don't offer the ability to have an “Other” label inside of a table of radio buttons, but you could create your own table with radio buttons, checkboxes, textfields and more by making a Custom Matrix question instead.

First of all Thanks for your quick answer
I tried it, but when I put a textbox near the radio matrix in the custom matrix, it put it near all of the subrow, I can not selected that, it is put only near the other subrow !

When you do this using a custom matrix, the resulting “other” option will become its own column, so it will not be directly linked to the “Other” radio button option. If you'd like it to be directly linked, you'll need to create that radio button question outside of the table.

Ok! Thanks!
If it is possible when I used the text box for numbers, for example a telephone number, that they can only write numbers in the cell?
How Can I set this opportunity?
Thank
Sorry about the too much question and my bad english , but this is the trial period of this program and I want to know all of the strong points of it !

No worries, Levente! This is what we're here for!
You can set your text fields to numeric input only, and/or you can even use our pre-built Validation for phone numbers!

ohh, it is fine!
One more question, how can I give a question logic for this:
I use the table matrix , there are 2 columns, and 4 rows. This is the first question.
The 2 columns are these, yes and no.
The rows , boy, girl, old, young.
And I want that if he said that he is a young , go to the third question automaticly.

I'm not sure I quite understand the set-up or logic… could you possibly be a little bit more specfic?
Thanks (and sorry!)

I have a quick question about the table of metrix. How can I insert a header to the row hearders? In my survey, all my rows will need to begin with “In my organization,…”. Is there anyway I can put the phase “In my organization,…” in the top row (same row as agree/disagree)?
Thanks!

Hi Usa!
The question type that can do this for you is called the Custom Matrix. You'll want to choose a Radio button group type once you create the Custom Matrix. And you would put “In my organization…” as the Group title.
I hope the helps!

Brittany,
I tried that one already but I can only put the group title on the scale column (agree/disagree) but not on top of the row questions.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks!

Hey, Usa!
Do you mean that you'd like to put it inside of the table itself, in the far upper-right corner cell of the table, where the Row headers meet the Column headers?
If so, unfortunately, it really isn't plausible. you may be able to do it with CSS but this will likely require some very involved work.
