Hi - sorry about this. I thought I had fixed the problem but it seems that my survey is working correctly in preview mode, but not in published mode.

Survey is called Webinar Sponsorship Evaluation Survey.

The page that is not working is page 3

The logic should work like this:

If Q4=Yes or Maybe, then users move on to page 4 = this is working fine.

If Q4=no, then show Q5 = this is working. If the “Conducting business with another vendor” answer is selected off Q5, then Q6 should be shown.

everything is working great in preview as I mentioned, but when I test it live, the Q6 question never appears.

Just gave your survey a test and believe Q6 popped up fine for me -

after selecting “conducting business with another vendor” a text box popped up that asked me to enter in the name of the vendor.

I used the following URL to test: http://s-yf1jh-12475.sgizmo.com/

give it another try and let me know what happens.
