Is it possible to use the uploaded contact data and custom fields in the Add Action email body?

I'm wanting to have the system automatically send an email to me if a question is answered a certain way, but I really want to know not just who responded that way but also have the custom fields show up in the email so I can then use Outlook rules to forward the email onto a certain person based upon that info.

I know the merge code is [%%custom1%%] for example, but so far it only appears to work in the invite email not the add action email.

Is there a way to get this to work?

Thanks!

Within the survey, the merge codes change a bit.  Here is a complete list of email invite related merge codes which you can use in the auto-responder:

[%%Invite_FirstName%%]

[%%Invite_LastName%%]

[%%Invite_EmailAddress%%]

[%%Invite_Organization%%]

[%%Invite_Department%%]

[%%Invite_HomePhone%%]

[%%Invite_FaxPhone%%]

[%%Invite_BusinessPhone%%]

[%%Invite_MailingAddress%%]

[%%Invite_MailingAddressCity%%]

[%%Invite_MailingAddressState%%]

[%%Invite_MailingAddressPostal%%]

[%%Invite_MailingAddressCountry%%]

[%%Invite_Title%%]

[%%Invite_URL%%]

[%%Invite_Custom1%%]

[%%Invite_Custom2%%]

[%%Invite_Custom3%%]

[%%Invite_Custom4%%]

[%%Invite_Custom5%%]
