Is there a way to automatically send respondents a copy of the report, with data gathered to date, after they complete the survey?

Hi Dave,
We don’t currently have a way to send the report to your survey takers.
At the Pro level and higher you can embed the report in the survey (best place is the Thank You page). The report won’t auto-rerun but if you re-run it once a day should be enough for a big survey.
At the Enterprise level you can schedule a report to auto-rerun up to every hour. You can also have the report emailed to a static set of email addresses (managers, board members, CEOs etc.).

How do you set up this automatic email to a static set of email's mentioned at the end of your response? Can this be done every time a response to a particular survey is submitted?
I am an Enterprise level user. We are using SG to allow customers to complete an assessment - we then send them a Guide based on their responses. I currently have to check on SG every 2 hours because we offer a guaranteed response time within business hours.

Hi Anne,
This is done when you create a report. At the bottom there is a place called Report Scheduling and you can have your report rerun hourly, daily, weekly, etc. as well as a place to add email addresss to have the report sent to 5 seperate emails.
I think what you may want to add instead of a report, is an email auto-responder to the thank you page of the survey. This way, every time someone completes a survey you will get an email letting you know, rather than going in and checking every 2 hours.
