After one of my customers completes the survey we would like to add an automatic redirect to our sales page. The sales page will lead in with a video or audio file thanking them for taking the survey and introducing them to our products. Is it possible to auto send a person after they answer the last question and hits “submit”.

Hi, Gary.

Yes, absolutely! To set up an automatic redirect, go to the Thank You/Redirect page of your survey and click Add actions => Redirect Browser. SurveyGizmo will step you through the set up from there.
The redirect action is available at all paid account levels.

I would like it if when the person hit the 'enter' button at the end of the survey that they were then directed to our website. I am having a hard time figuring out how to do this. Can it be done?

Hello!

There really isn't a way to program in a redirect only once someone presses the “Enter” button. You can, however, add in a descriptive text, then enter in your own redirect button into the source of this descriptive text on your “Thank You” page. Something like this should work just fine:
