When I send my survey to a list, is there a way that I can view the number of responses that are bounced and never make it to my client’s inbox? I’m converting from questionpro and this is one feature that’s helpful in understanding how effective our abilities are to get through SPAM filtering with legitimate information.

Oravat -
SurveyGizmo does not have this feature at this time. For advanced mailing and tracking we suggest using services designed specifically for such things, and can even integrate with them directly with our API. Do you have an email service provider you generally use? We currently have the most integration with ExactTarget, but are always open to working with other providers.
Hope that helps!

Hi,
I use Campaigner as my “Email Marketing Software” (www.gotcorp.com), do you have any sort of integration with them?
Can you pass information from their databases to your surveys?
thanks

Hi Eduardo,
We can pass information through most web-based APIs. Unlike ExactTarget or SalesForce we don’t have any pre-built “wrappers” that make the integration dead simple, but I did just email the folks over at Gotcorp to see if we can start talking about it.
Cheers,
-Christian
