I need to customize the survey closed page (and include a link on it), but I can’t figure out where to find the closed page at all. Help.

Hi, Brian.

Easy. Just go to the Publishing tab in your survey.

Click the button labeled “Close this Survey.”

A box will open where you can put in your own customized message.

Yes, you can include links by using regular HTML code for anchor text links.

I've looked everywhere on my survey for this…suppose I set up an auto close date at midnight? Is there a way to customize the message that appears when it auto closes?  Or do I have to close it manually and then enter the custom message?

You just close it manually, update the message, and then relaunch it again and the closing message will persist and activate at the auto-close time/date you specified.
