Hello,

We are planning to run three similar surveys, each with its own URL. Is it possible to combine the results from these surveys into one report? The idea is to analyze the segmented data (generated from each survey) along with the aggregated data (combination of responses from all 3 surveys).

Thanks,

Connie

Hi, Connie.

Yes, you can combine results from your 3 surveys into 1 report. Here’s how to do it:

1. Create your first survey. Make sure everything that is common to all 3 surveys is in your first survey–all the questions in the right order with all the right options. In other words, everything common among all 3 surveys that you want in the report needs to be in the first survey because it will become the template for the other 2 surveys.

2. To create your second survey, start with a duplicate of your first survey. Add any new questions or delete questions, but do NOT edit the questions from the first survey that you want in the second survey.

3. To create your third survey, start with a duplicate of your first survey. Again, add any new questions or delete questions, but do NOT edit the questions from the first survey that you want in the third survey.

With your basic account, you can create your survey, send it out and collect data. But to get the results in a common report you will need to generate a Combined Summary Report which is available to the Pro level account. When it comes time to get your summary report, you can upgrade to the Pro level inside your Account Settings page.

I hope this answers your questions.
