How can I setup SurveyGizmo to notify me by email whenever a completed survey is submitted?

How would I setup Survey Gizmo to actually email me that completed survey in the body of the email (with uploaded documents attached)?

Hi Scott,

In your survey, click on “Add Action” on your Thank You (last) page. You’ll see list of available actions.

Choose ‘Send Email’ ad the action you want to take and click the save button to add it to your survey.

This will open op a page with all of your options.

You can format the body of the email to contain whatever information you need… including a copy of the data collected in the survey.

It won’t attach the files uploaded to your survey, but it will provide you with links to the files on our site. So all you have to do is click on them to download them from the message.
