Hi,

For each email invite, there is a list of “contacts receiving this invitation” with a green checkmark identifying those who have responded to the survey.

Is it possible to extract this list (indicating response, no response, or bounceback) to Excel or another format? (our team wants to compare this data to their original list so they can phone non-respondents).

Hi Connie,

You can now! At the bottom of your list of contacts we’ve added a link called ‘Download to Excel’ this will download the contacts associated with the invite (and their status)
