Support Forums : Format of excel file for uploading email invites

Hi,

I would like to upload my email invites via excel as I have a few hundred of them. What format does this excel file need to be in? Let’s assume I’d like to use the option to upload the email, name, and company name. Can all three be in separate columns? Do they need to be in a particular order? Do the columns need to have titles? If so, what should they be? Also, right now, the column with the name has both first and last name. Given that I have a few hundred invites, I’d prefer to not go thru them and manually modify them. Is it ok if I just leave the name as both first and last name?

Lastly, I’d like to personalize the invite so that it starts out with the person’s name. To do this, do I just put [%%First Name%%] at the start of the invite? Will that work even if the column has both first and last names?
