Hi,
This message is for Christian since he doesn’t always get back to me via e-mail & I wrote him on 06-11 & still no e-mail back. : (
You said this was going to be done back in April, then you had delays, & it was supposed to be done in May.
It’s now June & unless I’m missing something, it still hasn’t been done, right?
Even now with a certain survey I have up, when they give me 4 answers to the same question, all the answers come on one long line of text, so there’s no way to see where the start & end of an answer is. This is confusing & not user friendly IMO.
I’d like to know when this formatting is going to be done.

Hi Michelle,
Christian has been very busy lately and is not directly handling customer service anymore (except when he needs a break from code).
So everything’s being forwarded to us support people.
We’d be glad to help you though if you give us a little more detail or just forward you email to Christian to support[at]sgizmo.com.

Hi Chad,
This isn’t really a support issue & I’ve e-mailed him directly several times now.
He was working on code to make it so the survey results passed in a much more user friendly, easy to read manner.
He said he was going to have it done around 1 1/4 months ago, then 1 1/2 months ago & I’m still waiting on this to be done.
I’d like to know when this will be completed so I can read the surveys without struggling.

Unfortunately, Christian is not accepting any calls this week (even from us).
If you could describe the customization you requested or send us the contract with Christian we’ll get one of our other developers on it and be able to get the project done for you.
