Hi,
I'm wondering if the following is possible using SurveyGizmo:
I'm working on a project where we'll have a number of participants (roughly 100) who will answer three surveys (e.g. survey1, survey2 and survey3) during a period of 3 months. I'm guessing that every user will need a username/ID in order to be identified by the system, so that we can see that e.g. user1 has answered survey1 and survey2, user2 has only answered survey 1, etc? How can we do that?
Thanks in advance!

Hello.
Yes, absolutely. This is easy if you use Email Invites. Each user will automatically have his/her own id and you can track whether or not they completed the survey. You can send reminders to those who need to be reminded and you can send thank you's at the end, too.
In Browse Responses, right now each response will tell you what other surveys the person has participated in as well. This is a feature that is in beta testing and we hope to flesh it out more in the future.

There are a few ways to do this, but if you could clarify a few things…
Do you want to connect any data from survey 1 in 2 and 3, or 2 in 3?
Are you simply curious as to if they have done all 3, or do you want to restrict their access to later surveys if they have not completed earlier ones?
As much detail as possible will help determine the best approach.

Hi
I have a similar question - I want to use the same survey for the same participants over time to see if responses change with a given intervention.
Is there a way to populate certain data fields eg. name, telephone, address so that they do not need to fill them in each time unless their information has changed?
Thanks,
John

The ACTION > Survey Login feature for Pro and Enterprise customers allows you ask for a password or a login and password and then you can upload a .csv file which includes not only the passwords but also any other information about that individual. You can then prepopulate the survey with that information provided in the .csv file that was uploaded.
