Hi,
I have only just learned that before I am able to publish my survey, your team needs to verify the email addresses of the invitees to ensure we aren’t spamming them?
Can you please tell me how you will do this? I want to be sure that you won’t be sending all of them an email to do this?
Secondly, can you please tell me what the turnaround time is for this? I know the site says ‘during US business hours’ but it would help to have an understanding of how long it will take to do this for say…350 invitees.
Thanks.

Hi salsasavvy,
Actually we verify the content of the email you are sending to make sure it is not a violation of our TOC. The process general takes <15 minutes during business hours.
Cheers,

Would you send us an email once you start sending or after sending the emails? Will you report undeliverable emails?
For me it said in 5 minutes you will send the survey link, it is almost 15 minutes now. I have only 3 emails as I am testing.
Thanks.

Hi, Nita,
You will receive an email notification once we approve your Email Invite. You will not receive another email once your invites are mailed out. The system begins the mailing of approved invites within 5 minutes after our approval.
No, we do not report undeliverable emails.
We approve Email Invite requests as quickly as possible during business hours.

So the only way to know if it is not delivered is if we dont’ see any responses(may be), right?

Hi Nita,
Well ideally you would send test invites out to check if any were getting blocked.
Our current system doesn’t allow for this sort of checking. Our new invite system that we’re planning to release, next month, will track undelivered (bounced) emails. Unfortunately we weren’t planning on any reporting for this feature it was only ment to un-subscribe people that bounced after X number of times.
Hope this helps!
