Hi all,

In a ‘check all that apply’ type of question, if a participant has checked some responses, but then sees a ‘none of the above’ response and checks that, is there a way to have the survey automatically “uncheck” the other responses? I want to make the option mutually exclusive. Granted, one would expect participants to not check anything else, but you never know. Thanks!

Hi Omar,
Unfortunately, we cannot auto-uncheck when the none of the above option is selected.

What you can do is put a question above it asking “Do you have any of these?” Yes/No, make Yes the default, and put a show/hide trigger on it, that will hide the checkbox question when “No” is selected.

Hope this helps!
