I have a personal account and would like to know what I need to do so that once the survey taker answers a question it automatically loads to the page I want it to jump to instead of having to scroll down the page and hit next. Is this possible?

The page jumping is not designed to ‘jump’ as soon as the answer is chosen. That is currently a design choice because miss-clicks and incorrect choices could look to survey taker frustration (imagine a forward-only survey where they clicked by accident). They will need to click ‘next page’, though you can use show/hide triggers to make new questions appear within the same page instantly, based upon radio,drop-down, or checkbox choices.
