I’m not clear on what constitutes a ‘completed’ survey, ‘partial’ survey, and ‘abandoned’ survey. My test survey shows 6 partial but I know that at least one of these entries (mine) finished the survey to the end (the ‘Thank You’ page). I have only two required fields and both of these are filled in on my completed survey. Why isn’t this counted as ‘completed’?

Mark,

Do you have any ‘empty’ pages on your survey? (In the editor).

SurveyGizmo automatically skips empty pages, but will not flag them as complete becuase they didn’t answer all the pages.

If you remove any empty pages it should work correctly.

If you don’t have any empty pages, can you send me the title of your survey and I’ll take a peek.
