Does Survey Gizmo offer the ability to ask a multiple-choice/multiple-answer question that would branch to a standard set of additonal questions for each answer selected?

For example:

1. Select the pets you own?  Dog, Cat, Rabbit, Horse

[Dog and Cat are both selected]

2. Is your [Dog] healthy? yes/no

3. Have you taken your [Dog] to a vet? yes/no

4. Do you have any comments about your [Dog]?  text box

5. Is your [Cat] healthy?  yes/no

6. Have you taken your [Cat] to a vet? yes/no

7. Do you have any comments about your [Cat]?  text box

My multiple-choice/multiple-answer question is very lengthy and I want to avoid having to repeat these follow-up questions if possible.

Hey, Bob!

We most definitely do! This is called Page Piping! You would start with a multiple select question (ie “Select the Pets you own”), and then have another single page with the next three questions once for each option selected.

We have a much more detailed tutorial than anything I could offer for our page piping feature right here:

Enjoy!
