Hey!
You can enter in the results for someone manually, what you'll do is click back into your email invite where you originally sent them a message, and scroll down on the Email Invite Summary page (where you see all your contacts). At the bottom of your contact list is a list to “Download all to Excel” (this is also the same place you would go to track unsubscribes!). In the Excel export, there are two columns that you'll want to take note of -
1.) Survey Link, you'll want to copy and paste this link into your browser so you can enter the survey “as” the person you're returning data for.
2.) “Status” – this lets you know if this particular contact has completed a survey, started but not yet completed a response, has just clicked through but not started a response, hasn't clicked through, the message bounces, or…. they Unsubscribed!
By default, there isn't a built-in way to re-survey specific people regularly, with their previous responses already pre-selected. If you just sent them their same survey link, they'd be overwriting their old data. What you'll want to do is create a new email invite list for each re-surveying, and pre-populate their new responses with their old answers by either using query-string values or custom fields in an email invite (check out this tutorial: http://www.surveygizmo.com/sur…..ry-string/ ) but this would get very difficult if you have a long survey with alot of different questions and answers.
