I am creating a registration form using SG, and the organizer of the project wants the ability to restrict the number of individuals who can register for a particular session (for instance, we only want 150 people in this event). Is there a way to hide an option after it is selected a certain number of times? If not, I think it would be a useful feature!

Thanks for all of the help and support. I appreciate it so much!

Hello, Cristine!

You can actuall do this fairly simply through our Custom Scription action.

Using a combination of sgapiGetQuestionResponseCount(); and sgapiRemoveOption(); you can check to see how many responses there were for any option in a specific question, and remove that option from the question in the survey so it can no longer be selected if you've already reached your “max”.

Here's some more detailed documention for our custom scripting to help get you started:

I hope this helps!

Thanks, Jonathon. This is a little beyond my capabilities but I'll give it a try.
