I would like to know if I can add the scores from a likert scale question and provide feedback based on the result. For example, if score is equal to or less than 4 a specific feedback message could be displayed.

Just to clarify, you want to tally/add the scores from multiple questions (for instance, 1 would be strongly disagree) and if the total is less than say, 4, you would like a particular page to show with a message on it?

As a follow-up, the TALLY QUIZ allows you to assign values to responses in questions, then displays a ‘results’ message based upon a range of totals. That may be the best solution for you.
