Hi, I wanted to separate my survey by sections so I wanted to put in section headers.  But there is no option to add a comment or text box, it requires it to be a question that needs to be answered.  I tried to add the headers in with the fololwing question after the header but it just makes the text all misaligned.  This is what I want below:

I.  COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

This first set of questions asks about your community
involvement and reasons for your involvement.

A.  Indicate whether or not you have done any volunteer work at
any time during the last twelve months for the following
organizations. (Please check all that apply.)

Thanks,

Eillen

You could click the 'Add Descriptive Text/Images' link to create a descriptive text field that would include:

I.  COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

This first set of questions asks about your community
involvement and reasons for your involvement.

This can be found in the top right or bottom right of each page. It can then be reordered just like questions!
