Hi Christian- when I was checking “features and pricing” just recently it appears that SPSS exporting is only available with the entreprise membership. Yet last March 23, you posted a notice that SPSS export was availalbe to all users. In fact that was what first attracted me to Surveygizmo away from a competitor. So has this changed - or will I still be able to export my data to SPSS when I am finally ready?? I sure hope not.

Hi Donna,
For new customers it is limited to Enterprise+ account holders. However you’ll notice that in your account it’s still an option for exporting.
We grandfathered existing accounts in when we moved it to the Enterprise level so no worries! ;)
Cheers,
-Christian

Wonderful -what a relief - once again you guys rise to the top.
thanks
By the way - I have just recently convinced two others to use surveygizmo - it was an easy “sell” - especially when I told them of your on going prompt support -D

Hi there,
How do I know if spss exporting is still an option for my account? I opened an account several months ago, and I do recall having this as an option for “free” accounts.
Thank you.

Jae,
You are all set. I checked and your account is also grandfathered in!

When exporting our survey data to SPSS we had an error code come up when attempting to run the syntax. Please tell us how to proceed
