Looks like you have the option set, Email Invite respondents only. Strangely this also excludes the test email from getting into the survey. If you do an actual invite send you should be able to get through.
We’ll fix this issue with the test emails asap.
FYI. Enterprise customers get phone support and high priority email support. It’s difficult for us to figure out who’s an Enterprise customer through the forums.
Just go to the Support/Help page in the upper right hand corner of your account.
