I am trying to test the survey and when I use the test button I get the message that the survey is closed? I have launched it. I have closed and re-opened it and yet it says it’s closed. Also it’s not going to all the email addresses I have listed to test?? HELP URGENT

Hi dfmeder,
Looks like you have the option set, Email Invite respondents only. Strangely this also excludes the test email from getting into the survey. If you do an actual invite send you should be able to get through.

We’ll fix this issue with the test emails asap.

FYI. Enterprise customers get phone support and high priority email support. It’s difficult for us to figure out who’s an Enterprise customer through the forums.

Just go to the Support/Help page in the upper right hand corner of your account.

Thanks Chad. I figured this out in the middle of the night! Since this is my first use of SurveyGizmo I am nervous because I need it to be perfect. Thanks also for the tip on urgent support.
