Is it possible to transfer a survey to another account?

Hi Andreas,
Yes you can transfer a survey from one SurveyGizmo account to another. There’s a service charge for free customers, but we will waive the charge when upgrading to a paid account.
Just let us know the survey and the account you’re moving it from and the account you’re moving it to.

If there is data in the survey, the service charge is $45 per survey.

What if you create the survey (just the survey, no data) in a free account, but then want to move it to a paid account that is already established? Is there any charge for that?

As a courtesy, we can move a copy of a survey from one account to another within surveygimo without a charge. You would need to contact support directly at support@sgizmo.com
This is meant as a once or twice sort of thing, not a regular occurence as it is labor intensive and a courtesy to our paid accounts.
we would need the email address/login of the source account, the exact name of the survey, and the email address/login for the target account.
