When I view my results in the Report Summary, it may say that I have 4 respondents that completed the survey but when I look at the full report of who completed the survey, who abandoned it, etc. it may say that I have 8 that completed the survey. Can you help me understand this? I want to make sure when I finalized my survey results, I included all competed responses.

Hi, aileen.
When you are designing your Summary Report, you can choose to include Partials as well as completes. If you choose to include partials in your Summary Report and have only 4 completed surveys, but 4 partials, your Summary Report will show 8 total.
I hope this helps.
