I tried to use Custom Group/ Multiple Field Types and I have question how to set the required field.

For example, I have 1 question with 1 field types: Text field (3 rows) and multi selection (just 1 selection). Question is like this:

Q1. Please answer the brands in mind

1. _______________

2. _______________

3. _______________

[  ] Can't remember.

If participates don't fill in text field and also not tick at selection, it wont pass to next page. Participates must tick the selection “Can't remember” before go to next page.

How can we set this kind of situation?

Thanks,

It's too much logic in one question. The more complex the question (custom groups) the less logic within that group you can apply. You should break it out into different questions, such as asking first if htey can remember any brands, and then if they say Yes, show/hide triggers to ask them to list those brands in a multi-text box.
