Dividing into Age Group

I got a survery that will target four age groups:

21-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

I want the whole survey under this age groups & all d questions gonna be the same for the above group. So how to go ahead with it. Hope ur able to understand wat I'm trying to say…

Hey, Martin!

If I understand right, you'd like to create seperate sets of survey questions for each age group, right?

If so, this can be done by asking a question, “What age group do you fall into?” and having those options, then writing simple show/when rules for each question, to show THIS question only if “What age group do you fall into?” is equal to “21-29″ and so on.
