Our small charter school uses Survey Gizmo to post monthly lunch menus and accept/process students' orders.

Overview of Survey Process

A new survey “menu” is created each month and posted.  (Sample: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/60371/lunch)

The data is exported to an excel worksheet that performs simple calculations.  The data and calculations are imported into a mail merge program and emailed back to individual respondents in the form of an invoice/calendar.

Is it possible for SurveyGizmo to 

1) perform individual survey calculations for me (if response = 1, multiply by 3.5)

2) e-mail individual reports to respondents with the calculation result from 1)

3) include a Paypal link to submit payment

Any insight, comments, suggestions, etc. would be highly appreciated!
