Hi, Parul.

SurveyGizmo is a monthly subscription. When you sign up, you will be billed monthly unless you downgrade your account.

You can easily downgrade your SurveyGizmo account by logging in and going to the link labeled “Account Settings” in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

On the Account Settings page there is a tab labeled “Upgrade/Change Plan.” Click on that tab and on that page you can downgrade to a free account.

At the free level, you can still login and access your surveys and data.

I’m looking to downgrade my account to the “Free” option, but for some reason I can't find the tab labeled “Upgrade/Change Plan,” under Account Settings. When I click on “Account Settings” it only gives me the option of changing my password.

Eli,

Most likely you are not seeing this because the username and password you are using does not have admin rights on your account. Login as your admin and you can downgrade.
