I made two surveys. The excel file of the one with all obligatory (*) answers is ok, totally complete. the one that does not have any * is missing the questions that were not filled in…how can I change this? I would like the exported results file to have those question and its answer (as blank cells, I guess…)
is this possible to change?
can anyone help me?
Thanks!

Hello, Luisa!
We actually don't (by default) include any options or columns that weren't selected by anyone at all. Right now, we only include options that were actually selected by at least one respondent.
Don't worry though, we're working on a new feature as we speak that will allow you to export all columns, even if they were not answered or selected.

When will this feature be available? This is very important for exporting data to run reports/graphs/etc.

Hi there!
Currently it's at the top of our feature request list, and we're just waiting for some more code to be moved over. We are thinking it will happen sometime this quarter.
Thanks!
