Hi I currently hold a free account.
I encounter problems with trying to unselect an option in the questionnaire.
For example, i have a question with 4 radio button option.
If i accidentally click on an answer, i cannot unselect it.
THis may be an optional question and hence, the responder may not want to select any option at all.

May I know if there’s any way to get around this?

Here’s one of my questionnaire URL: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/56880/public-questionnaire

Hi Soakmun,
This is actually the way forms on the internet work and not a particular feature of SurveyGizmo.

Once a radio button set is checked they cannot be unchecked.

If you want survey taker to be able to de-select an option use the Drop Down Menu question type. The survey taker can then select “Please Select” to de-select their option.

Hope this helps,
Chad
