My survey comprises several psychological measures (each is presented as a table of multiple choice questions).

E.g. One measure is called the BFNE. The instructions are: Read each of the following statements carefully and indicate how characteristic it is of you. For each statement, the participant must rate where it is Not at all characteristic (reporting value of 1), Slightly characteristic (reporting value of 2), Moderately characteristic (3), Very characteristic (4), OR Extremely characteristic (5).

I would like to set it up so that after a participant completes my survey, I receive an email summarizing that participant's score on each of the measures within the survey. E.g. “John Smith has completed your survey. He has scored 17 on the BFNE, 21 on the SPS, and 24 on the SIAS.”

Please could you help me configure this? I have looked at the tutorials, reports, scripts, etc. and cannot find the information anywhere.

It's completely possible for Pro or higher accounts to set this up. It combines the Quiz Score action (tally answer key) with the email auto-responder action (Add Action > Send Email). First, here is a sample Tally Quiz: http://demo.quiz-tally.sgizmo.com/

(By the way, at the bottom you will see the instructions for getting a template for the above tally quiz in your account to play with)

When setting up the auto-responder, you can include the merge code for the Quiz Score action, and it will represent the score the person received. Thus the email can be formatted as you described!
