I have downloaded my data to a csv file but the colums do not line up. I noticed that at the end of the file where there should have been only a 1 or 2 for yes and no there is instead a zip code which is a question asked later in the survey (by five questions). What is going on?

Generally the csv export is working properly, this seems survey/data specific. Can you please provide the question number and the exact survey name and we can take a look? Thanks!

Hi – I'm having the same problem but I'm using dynamic logic pages in my survey. Is there a way to standardize the export results to show all columns regardless if no answer was selected?

Hi, Newbie!
We are working on implementing an option that will include all possible answers as collumns in the export in our future versions of SurveyGizmo; though currently the easiest way is to create a “dummy” record with all possible answers selected. You can do this by clicking on the link found underneath the publishing tab.
