The first page of my survey asks the person to register, i.e., name, email, etc. This is not a question and is not numbered.

The numbered questions begin on page two. When I preview the survey, it looks fine. But when I go to print a summary report, it shows the registration information as question number 1. I don’t want that numbered because it skews the summary report. Any ideas how I can get rid of the numbering on that question? That means number 2 should become number 1, but I can’t get it to work. Thanks.
