Hi,
What is the limit for response overflow? How many people can fill out the survey without any overflow?

There is no limit for the actual overflow. If you get more responses per month than alloted by your account level, we will save the data and mark it as overflow. To unlock the overflow, upgrade to the next account level. For a free account, you get 250 responses per month.

Is that 250 responses per survey or 250 total. For example of I do two surveys in a month could I actually have a total of 500 responses or is it still 250 no matter how many surveys I poblish?

It's 250 total responses. If you go over, you just need to upgrade to the personal level to unlock these responses.

Hey, Dom!
Starting a new month will not unlock responses from previous months, but will reset your overall 250 response limit for the new month. The responses are limited to 250 per month and they do not rollover.

Just a clarification. Say I get a whole load more surveys than I expect so I exceed my 250 limit for the month, but it has been so successful that I end up getting 2000 responses. Upgrading to the 'personal' account would enable to be unlock all of those survey responses, or just up to the 1000 limit?

This would only unlock the responses up to the Personal plan's response limit. You would need to upgrade to our Professional plan to unlock the rest.
